At OEC, we believe every child of a fallen soldier is a precious hero. If your family does not celebrate Christmas due to other religious affiliations or other reasons, we still want your child of a fallen soldier to benefit from our programs.

Our Christmas Gift Card Program will be referred to as OEC's Gift Card Program and our 'Christmas in July' program will simply be referred to as a VIP Vacation Program. To apply for our programs please complete the form provided on this website or contact us.
