President Bush/ CSI NYs' Gary Sinise White House meeting.

OEC President Robert McDowell met with President George W. Bush in the Roosevelt Room of the West Wing at the White House June 26, 2006.  Also in attendence was notable actor Gary Sinise (CSI NY) and the heads of several America Supports You organizations supporting the Troops and/or their families. It was an honor to meet and be thanked for our efforts by the President of The United States and a "treat" to meet and speak with Gary Sinise. 

It is important to note that OEC is a non-partisan organization.  OEC also tried to meet our, (Florida's), Senators Nelson (D) and Martinez (R) while in Washington but due to very short notice and flooding in Washington were unable to make that happen.  We would like to stress that McDowell was there not as an individual but as a representative of OEC's Individual, Corporate and Organization partners who support these very special children.
